Thursday evenings in February

It's time to reconvene the Mid-winter Wine Appreciation Series. Course outline is below:

  1. History of Winemaking - Feb 4th
  2. Sensory perception (lots of fun!) - Feb 11th
  3. Science of Winemaking - Feb 18th
  4. Wine & Food Pairing - Feb 25th

Each class combines a brief lecture, wine-tasting, hand-outs, aroma wheel and food! The quizzes will be easy and each student will receive a certificate of course completion.
