This also includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.

Shipping Information

All orders will be processed and picked up by UPS within 48 hours of receiving your order. All packages are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping time within the continental United States varies from 2 to 6 days depending on the destination. For packages that need to arrive sooner, please call us for alternate shipping options and prices (e.g. UPS Next Day Air).

Refund, Return and Order Cancellation Policy

We can accept cancellations within the 48 hour window between the time that you place your order and the time that we process your order for shipment. By state law we cannot accept any returns on wine. Nor will we accept returned food items. If for some reason, you or the recipient is dissatisfied with one of our products, please call us at 315-294-5643 and we can replace the item at no extra charge.
