Thanks for visiting – to set the stage, if you were walking in the front door you’d be saying “It smells so good in here.”

We have condiments and sauces that with a little imagination can make any dish you prepare remarkable. Making grilled salmon? Try serving it with a drizzle of cuke-a-dilly or wasabi aioli. Roasting a pork tenderloin? Try slathering it with one of our mustards or apple cider molasses. Grilling some burgers? Try Red Onion Stuff as a topping – or be adventurous and mix it in before it hits the grill. As you can see, the possibilities are endless.

For the morning routine, we have jams, honey, coffees, teas, and of course the best pancake mix ever and locally made maple syrup. Add a subscription to the Sunday Times and make brunch an all day affair.

Chocolate treats include a Cabernet Sauvignon Chocolate sauce, Java Bark, hand-made fudge, chocolate dipped pretzels and café dipping spoons. Yes – chocolate is its own food group.

For savory snacks we have cheeses, Italian soppressata, Thai hummus, flat bread, organic nuts, and a variety of hand-made crackers. Now, if you know Nancy, you would know that her passion for potatoes supersedes all else. Not surprisingly, she has found a local source for hand-cooked potato chips. Once you try them, you’ll be hooked.

And where would we be without the wine? We make our own wine at Damiani Wine Cellars. Lou Damiani and Phil Davis are among the top red winemakers in the region and we’re learning a lot about the wine making mystique from them. I won’t repeat here what Lou says about his Pinot. But needless to say – he’s passionate about it. As New York winemakers we are allowed to sell any NY State wine in our shop. We’ve worked hard to offer a broad quality selection-- something for everyone’s palate and everyone’s purse.
