Thanks for visiting – to set the stage, when you walk in our front door you will probably say “It smells so good in here.” It's a refrain we never tire of hearing.
Our shelves are stocked with condiments and sauces that with a little imagination can make any dish you prepare remarkable. Grilled salmon? Try serving it with a drizzle of cuke-a-dilly or wasabi aioli. Pork tenderloin? Try slathering it with one of our mustards or smokey apple glaze. Burgers on the grill? Try Red Onion Stuff as a topping – or be adventurous and mix it in before it hits the grill. As you can see, the possibilities are endless.

For the morning routine, we have jams, honey, coffees, teas, and of course the best pancake mix ever and locally made maple syrup. Add a subscription to the Sunday Times and make brunch an all day affair.
For chocolate treats you must try some of our favorites: Cabernet Sauvignon Chocolate sauce with strawberries or clementines (yum!), chocolate dipped pretzels, hand-made truffles and several flavors of hot fudge topping. Yes – chocolate is its own food group.
The cooler hosts an assortment of cheeses sourced from Buffalo to the Hudson Valley and the Finger Lakes in between. Whether it's tangy and sharp or creamy and mild, made from goat's, cow's or sheep's milk- we have something to satisfy and delight.
And where would we be without the wine? Our own wines have gained acclaim during our first two years -- two wear silver medals from the 2008 New York Wind and Food Classic ("the Governor's Cup"). We continue to build our production each year with many continued thanks to our hosts at Damiani Wine Cellars. Lou Damiani and Phil Davis are among the top red wine producers in the region and we’re learning a lot about the wine making mystique from them. As New York winemakers we are allowed to sell any NY State wine in our shop. We’ve worked hard to offer a broad quality selection-- something for everyone’s palate and everyone’s purse.
