The Winery

Nancy Tisch is Bet the Farm’s owner and winemaker. She has worked as a medical laboratory technologist, professor of ecology and mathematics, innkeeper, and more. Nancy’s background in laboratory practice provides her with an edge in the science of wine making. As for the art of wine making, she has much to learn from winemaker Lou Damiani and vineyard manager Phil Davis of Damiani Wine Cellars.
