Welcome to Bet the Farm

Bet the Farm is many things: a New York farm winery, a wine shop specializing in Finger Lakes wines and a regional gourmet market. The winery is housed at Damiani Wine Cellars (Seneca Lake) in Hector. Our hand-crafted wines are sold alongside a premier selection of other Finger Lakes wines at our retail shop in the Village of Aurora. In addition to wine, we offer a selection of gourmet foods produced throughout our state. Visiting the shop is an adventure for the senses!

In addition to the usual tasting and sales - we offer other services. Our wine club is named The Finger Lakes Wine List to reflect the appellation and our passion for wine as an accompaniment to food. If you want to learn more about it - click here. In January, our monthly wine education series will continue. First up in 2012 is a taste of Bordeaux on Friday, January 27th beginning at 6:30 p.m. We'll also offer an introductory class, Sensory Perception of Wine, during February - and we'll do it twice!

Now that winter is here, we will shorten our hours: Wednesday through Saturday 11 to 6; Sunday 12 to 5; closed Monday and Tuesday. If it's snowing - please call and check to be sure we are open. We value the safety of our staff and do not expect them to drive in extreme weather conditions.
